Shoemaking Process - A Broad Overview

Based on new trends or customers’ requests, new shoe models are developed and make improvements to existing models.
Materials for uppers and linning parts such as fabrics, synthetic or soft leather are cut, folded and sewn individually. Reinforcement/support strips are added where appropriate for added strength, durability and stability of the shoe. There is usually a combination of processes both by hand and by machine, varying with the different shoe models.
All upper parts of the shoe are firmly joined to a soft and comfortable latex insole by hand. Heels are nailed or screwed on. Specially-formulated synthetic or leather outer soles are then attached, and lastly, insoles are inserted inside the shoe.
All our shoes are thoroughly checked to ensure total quality before they are packed and made available to our customers.
